II International Festival of Blues City Sevilla
Day: 20 September 2014

SCENARIO 1: Plaza de San Francisco, starting at 12:00 h.
SCENARIO 2: Parc des Princes (Los Remedios neighborhood), starting at 20:00 h.
MASTERCLASS: The Civic Center Tiled Mellizo (Calle Santa Fe, 2, within the Parc des Princes), starting at 18:00 h.

FREE ENTRY.

As the main novedad, This year we will have the stage, three concerts each:

– SCENARIO 1: PLAZA OF SAN FRANCISCO (NEW LOCATION). From the 12:00 h can enjoy three great concerts in the heart of the city, in one of the busiest and most emblematic areas of Sevilla. Meeting place for both leisure and tourists Seville, day 20 September we can accompany traditional tapas and drinks that we like to take in the downtown bars, the best by three Blues concerts that are sure to delight all attendees.

– SCENARIO 2: PRINCES PARK. From 20:00 h, the protagonist returns to Parc des Princes, magnificent scenery of the last edition and the best environment to comfortably enjoy the extraordinary concerts in the afternoon and evening to be held.

 

PROGRAM

– PLAZA STAGE OF SALVADOR, 12:00 h: THE BLUES MINISTERS

Winners of our first contest in Novice Band 2012 and having left behind his status promise to emerge as the great blues band that is currently, we are very proud to have The Blues Ministers at this year's Blues Festival Sevilla. If you still do not know, ensure that the surprise. Composed by María Cristina López (Voice), Juan Antonio Montes (low), Raul Castro (Battery), José Carlos Fernández (Guitar) Curro and Gaviria (Guitar). They also will have the usual and special collaboration of Boogy Boy Rafa (harmonic).

– PLAZA STAGE OF SALVADOR, 13:30 h: THE HOUSE OF BLUES BAND OF SEVILLE

Composed of teachers from the workshops of the House of Blues in Seville, brings together some extraordinary musicians who use their talent and mastery of their respective instruments available to the whole of a band that astonishes by its quality, repertoire and ability to convey to the public the best feelings. This time enjoy Txako Jones (Voice), Pepe Delgado (guitar and vocals), Chiqui Mingo (Guitar), Chechu Sierra (low), Manuel Soto “It” (harmonic), Stefano Di Rubbo (Battery) and Vicente Domínguez (saxophone).

– PLAZA STAGE OF SALVADOR, 15:00 h: LOS EMBLUESTEROS

The freshest style and the most spontaneous and participatory direct labor is the Seville Heritage band composed by Raul (harmonica and vocals), Chema Núñez (guitarra y slide), Selu Marcos (low) y Manuel Vergne (Battery).

– CIVIC CENTER OF THE TEJAR MELLIZO, 18:00 h: MASTERCLASS OF JOSÉ LUIS PARDO

As a special concert activity between both scenarios, we will have the fantastic opportunity to learn from a large, attending the Masterclass which will give interesting José Luis Pardo at the Civic Center's Twin Tiling. With free entry!

– PRINCES PARK STAGE, 20:00 h: KID CARLOS BAND

Revamped version of the previously called “Kid Carlos Blues Band”, features performances by great successes, wherever they operate reaping rave reviews and affection of a devoted audience and amazed. Composed by “Kid” Carlos Moreno (Guitar), Txako Jones (Voice), Raul Lace “Then” (low), Stefano Di Rubbo (Battery) y Andrea Salvadori (keyboard).

Pure luxury for open stage at Parc des Princes!

– PRINCES PARK STAGE, 22:00 h: MADRID BLUES GHETTO

A real “Dream Team” of musicians, in addition to teaching at the School of Blues in Madrid, are a fantastic band when coupled. Imagine the same scenario to José Luis Pardo (guitar and vocals), Quality Manazas (guitar and vocals), Quique Gomez (harmonica and vocals), David Salvador Fructuoso (low), Mayka Edjole (Voice), Pablo Cueto BAREZ (Battery) and the special collaboration of Miriam Aparicio (keyboard).

– PRINCES PARK STAGE, 24:00 h: LURRIE BELL’S CHICAGO BLUES BAND

Authentic Chicago Blues comes to Sevilla!

The prestigious American singer and guitarist Lurrie Bell (son of the famous Carey Bell, Muddy Waters harmonica and Willie Dixon Band) accompanied, first in Spain, his own blues band, Melvin composed Smith (low), Willie Hayes (Battery) y Matthew Skoller (harmonica and vocals).
