If you have carefully observed the facade of the Cathedral of Seville, sure you've noticed some strange reddish painted. These painted they called Vítores, and they performed as an act of celebration of an important event. See a vítor is to see the reflection of an act of glory. The cheers were made by illustrious and famous characters such had reached the academic level of doctor and these symbols were drawn, letters and numbers as a commemoration.

Vítor symbol is in the center of the image (Species “In”). And reading would be something like: -¡Viva! These are not unique painted Cathedral. Are also found in the Archive of the Indies and on the street German.
