XXVII Guadalquivir Night Race 2015

Corridor Fair: the collection of race bibs and numbers will be at the Corridor Fair, to be held 18 to the 24 September (Sunday 20, closed) in El Corte Inglés (Plaza de la Magdalena). Schedule: of 10:00 a 21:00 hours, uninterrupted.

Bibs: will be visited at the Corridor Fair. Those runners registered before 1 September 2015 will have the personalized bib number with your name and surname. People who are going to collect the bib number and the bag of the runner of another person must carry a written authorization, signed by the registered runner from whom you are going to collect the bib number and the photocopy of your DNI: download authorization template.

Runner's Bag: includes the canopy (personalized for those registered before 1 September), technical shirt and commemorative medal. Will be collected at the Corridor Fair.

Exit Drawers: there will be starting boxes to facilitate the departure of the athletes depending on the race rhythm of each one. Departure will be arranged in the following drawers:

Drawer 1: athletes with a mark equal to or less than 0:38:00 (mens) and 0:44:00 (women) in a race of 10 km.
Drawer 2: athletes with equal or lower mark 50′ in a race of 10 km.
Drawer 3: athletes with a mark of 60 or less′ in a race of 10 km.
Drawer 4: other registered.

Note: If you are not satisfied with the exit drawer that we assign you, you can credit your brand, duly certified, when you go to remove the bib and it will be changed to the starting box that corresponds to you. More information in the article 4 of the Regulations.

training: two group trainings will be held, for all riders who want to attend, to prepare the Guadalquivir Night Race 2015:

Tuesday 8 September, to 20:30 hours, in the Plaza de España.
Tuesday 22 September, to 20:30 hours; place to be confirmed.

Provisioning: there will be a refreshment point approximately halfway; also, provisioning will also be provided to all runners in the finish area, after finishing the race.

Classifications and timing: The Guadalquivir Night Race has a participative and festive character, so there will be no official classifications or timing system. There will be a stopwatch in the Goal so that the participants can see the time done at the end.

Awards: Trophy for the 1st classified men, female, disabled in a wheelchair and the entity with the highest number of registered.

Start and finish animation: Animation at Start and Finish with stage truck, DJ, LED display of a minimum of 15 square meter, 30.000 sound weatios, etc.

Circuit animation: there will be two animation points on the circuit with bands like charanga or similar.

Retransmission of the race via ‘streaming’: the race can be followed live on the Internet, via streaming at the Output, Goal and a point of the Circuit.

Photo and Video-Report of all runners in Meta: a photo and video report will be made of the entry into Meta of all the riders, that these can be downloaded later for free.
