Night visit to the House of Pilate

This project designed by Cultural Gears in collaboration with The Ducal House of Medinaceli Foundation The Family Palace opens first in history to visit the Night. Through historical figures and legends of the house, an original and creative way, interpret architecture, spaces and the unique collection of Roman Art in the light of the moon. The tour will be led by a heritage interpreter will discover historical aspects, art and mythical, Downstairs visiting, gardens and upstairs.

Where lies the Emperor Trajan? Where is the relic of the column where Jesus was scourged preserved? What's behind Rooster San Pedro? What is the true story of the Cross? What is the meaning of tunnels under the house? Who was Catalina de Ribera? What talk Pacheco and the great artists of the Renaissance and Baroque as they gathered here? Whence comes one of the most important private collections of Roman Art in Europe and is currently in the palace? Who currently lives in him?

These and many other questions will find their answer in a visit to the most legendary and private side of this home, full of legends and key figures in the history of the city and Spain place.
