Seville: Tender for the revision of the southern section of the line 3 of the subway

The Ministry of Development, Infrastructure and Territorial Planning has put out to tender the contract corresponding to the review, update, drafting and adaptation of the construction projects for the southern section of the line 3 from the Seville metro.

announced the past 25 June, the awarding to the company UG21 of the drafting and updating of the project for the northern section of the line 3 of the Seville Metro (Montano Pine-Prado de San Sebastián).

With a budget of 433.183 euros and an execution period of ten months.

It also stated that it had been sent to the Official Journal of the European Union (DOUE) the tender for the upgrade and expansion of the southern section of the line 3 (The Prado de San Sebastián-Bellavista).

This tender has a budget of 4,5 million euros and an execution period of 24 months.

The new design needs will be:

«Analyze as a possible alternative to the underground route through the Los Bermejales neighborhood, the option of underground or surface Jerez Avenue until the confluence with the SE-30 highway.

«Continue line three from Los Bermejales or Avenida de Jerez towards the south on the surface, until reaching the Valme hospital, with the design criteria of serving the future City of Justice with a station»

«Provide service to the Bellavista neighborhood»
