Seville will enter the phase 2 of the lack of confidence (If everything goes fine) next 25 May.

The phase 2 involves the opening of premises with limited capacity, the opening of shopping malls or the return of cinema and theater.

It will be the intermediate phase between the most restrictive confinement and the already "new normal" or phase 3 of the lack of confidence.

Substantial changes will occur in the range of possibilities, above all, of leisure.

Restaurants and bars may open their table service within the premises, (with a limitation of a third of the capacity and no bars, all diners must be seated)
The malls(they may open to the public as long as it does not remain in common areas or available recreational areas in these centers). The capacity will be limited to 40%.
Theaters and cinemas(will open with a third of the capacity, you can visit monuments and exhibition halls).
Cultural activities(with less than 50 seated people. If they are outdoors, less than 400 seated people).
The hotels, (they will open the common areas with limitation of a third of the capacity). The cafes and restaurants in the hotel area will follow the rules for restaurants.
Cults. (Regarding places of religious worship, the capacity will increase in the phase 2). a maximum limit of 25 people outdoors and 15 in closed spaces.
The weddings(will be allowed with the assistance of family and friends, but the number of attendees will be limited). They must not exceed 50% capacity both indoors and outdoors.
Driving schools and academies will open.
Opening of recreational pools with a maximum capacity of 30% and by appointment.
Bathing on the beaches, (Transit in them must be done according to the rules of the road., respecting the time slot reserved for the elderly and following safety and hygiene measures).
