If we visit the site of the Fair, we can see that all the streets have names of bullfighters. Which is the reason?

There is a clear link between the world of bullfighting and the April Fair, the relationship with the cattle comes originally from 1847 up 1950, a cattle fair where rewarded the bull that best bundled.
