From the College of Property Administrators of Seville they show their concern:

"Many communities of owners will not be able to meet the demands of the order of the Ministry of Health due to lack of means to comply with it., in addition to the extra cost involved in hiring a controller who is in charge of limiting capacity and coordinating shifts for the time spent in the venue; extra cleanings for common items at least three times daily, analytics extension, purchase of disinfection products for access, etc.”

These rules are established in the order:

  • The maximum capacity allowed will be 30%
  • To go to the pool, an appointment must be made and schedules will be organized in shifts, outside of which you will not be able to stay in the facility.
  • In the areas where users stay, a spatial distribution must be established to guarantee a safety distance of at least two meters between users by means of signs on the ground limiting the spaces.

The situation described entails a significant budget increase that, also, means less enjoyment of the facilities.

The president of the General Council of the College of Property Administrators of Spain, has stated that they have once again proposed to the Government that the possibility of holding virtual meetings be regulated, With which current problems for the opening of swimming pools and for the rest of the problems raised in the different phases of the de-escalation would be solved.
