SCIENCE FAIR

In the science fair participate centros de investigación, universidades, fundaciones, museums, empresas y otra entidades que tienen entre sus objetivos la divulgación de la ciencia o que quieren apoyar proyectos en este ámbito.

La 14ª Feria de la Ciencia se celebrará los días 5, 6 and 7 May of 2016 in FIBES, Exhibition and Conference in Seville (Mayor Luis Uruñuela, 1 41020 Seville).

Schedule:

Thursday and Friday of 10 a 19 hours.
Saturday of 11 a 20 hours.

Objetivos

The Science Fair is an educational and cultural project organized by the Andalusian Society for the Promotion of Science , Discover Foundation and the Teacher Center of Seville.

Its purpose is to create a space that allows the exchange, dissemination and communication of scientific knowledge, in which the actors-disseminators are pupils of schools, university faculty and staff research centers and innovative companies. The development of this idea aims to achieve the following objectives:

Enhance disclosure and social communication of science.
Energize science education, incorporating active and research methodologies in the classroom programming.
Contribute to the development of scientific vocations through an active and practical approach to science education and contact with researchers / as active.
Encourage innovation and entrepreneurship among the participating students.
