The hydroalcoholic gel that smells of incense
Did you found interesting?
In the churches of Seville in recent days a gel has been put with the smell of alcohol that leaves the necessary hydroalcoholic that is dispensed at the entrance.
This aroma brings us closer to that Holy Week that could not be celebrated for confreres and that is thanks to Antonio Mendoza, son of the bell ringer of the church of El Salvador who has devised this gel with the smell of incense.
This original product, is called to become an essential in churches as long as they have to live with Covid-19, It was released for sale a day ago and has already had enormous success..
Mendoza has the collaboration of a Valencian company, as you have explained to this newspaper:
“I've been going over it during confinement. We spoke with the Valencia company last month. We suggest making a gel with the smell of orange blossom or incense. They were studying it and they have taken it out. It has been sold on a trial basis in Valencia and has had a lot of acceptance. Yesterday Wednesday we put it up for sale in Andalusia and it is having a lot of acceptance”.
The gel with the smell of incense has received orders from Seville, Huelva, Cádiz or Málaga.
They have sold more than 15 carafes to churches and brotherhoods.
