Although Sevilla has maintained for many years the rule that the construction of new buildings could not exceed the Giralda, advancing the architecture of the city has been unable to be stopped for much longer and has made the construction of new buildings that break with their environment as in the case of Sevilla Torre known as Pelli Tower.
