Disinfection of Sevillian schools that open on Monday

Covid-19 test for school porters and cleaners

Sevillian schools open their doors next Monday 18 May.

Although the classes will not reopen until at least the next course, the centers will open their doors at reduced hours to complete the schooling process that was interrupted twelve days after starting.

Seville City Council, is testing the maintenance personnel who depend on them, in this case cleaners and doormen and disinfecting the centers.

It is a fact that has caused some suspicion among the management teams of the schools that also join next Monday “We are going to be there and they have not told us anything about taking the test”, the director of a public school in Seville complained.

As confirmed by several Sevillian institutes, last Wednesday they received instructions from the Junta de Andalucía in which they explained that they should do the cleaning with the personnel they already have assigned, some with labor personnel and others with companies that have contracted.

Students who left belongings at the center may attend, to pick them up.
