Friday 2 October 2015

The 2 October 2015 the city of Seville will experience a new edition, the fourth, of the White Night, organized by the sevillasemueve association, which strengthens this festival of culture on the first Friday of October.

The Seville association will organize the White Night for the fourth consecutive year, seeking to establish this nightly event on the cultural agenda of the city. The evolution year after year, over 50.000 visits to more than 100 activities held in the last edition, endorse the success of this cultural initiative that promotes civil society and that poses new challenges for the city. On this occasion the civic association will have a group of volunteers who, together with sevillasemueve team, will be involved in the management of the event.

In addition to institutional support, what in 2014 joined the City Council, Provincial, Andalusian Government and Central Government (through entities attached to various Ministries), the private role is essential since they occupy the bulk of programming. Some of them, also, contribute through sponsorships to the financing of the event, as is the case with Feel the City Tours, that in the last edition took a further step to capture its long-term involvement.
